August 31st

August 28th
Southall secured their first home win of the season when they came from two goals down to beat Viking Greenford 4-2. Scorers were Macenzie (2), Antonie and Aisawi.
August 27th
Southall's Youth Team played their first friendly match of the season against Brentford Town Youth at Warren Farm Sports Ground. Southall lost 3-1 with Aaron Joseph being the scorer. Deniz Ombesh the Youth Team Coach had this to say about the match: Bearing in mind these lads have never played a game together before they
put on a solid performance which exceeded my expectations all over the pitch. If we had been more fortunate and not hit the woodwork so many times we would most certainly have won the match.
August 26th
Southall earned a point with a 2-2 draw away to Chessington & Hook United. Daniel Penny was again on target with two goals.
August 25th
Southall's Director of Football Terry Fenwick has taken temporary charge of the Greek National under 21 side.
August 24th
An article called "Last Season Was Bad But We Were Not The Only Ones To Suffer" by supporter Steve Cullen is now on the web site.
August 22nd
Southall visited Walton Casuals in the Combined Counties League and won 3-2. Goals from Ricky Lewis and Samuel Ogunoshun put Southall two goals up within the first half hour. Walton Casuals scored twice early in the second half to level the game. A goal 12 minutes from time by Daniel Penny gave Southall all three points. This was Southall's first win in a competitive game since they beat Tring Town in the Vandanel Trophy on November 23rd 1999.
August 21st

August 19th
Southall played their first game in the Combined Counties League when they entertained Hartley Wintney. After a goalless first half Hartley Wintney scored twice to take all three points. Present at the match were Combined Counties League Chairman John Bennett and Hon. General Secretary Clive Tidey who was officiating at the match in the role of assistant referee.
