Southall Sunday lost 6-2 away to unbeaten league leaders Drayton Wanderers.

Raj Flora has contributed this report of Southall Sunday side's 3-0 win away to South Ealing Saints last week.

Southall Sunday continued there impressive 1st season with a 3-0 win against South Ealing, but this time it was away. The game was a hard fought battle on a very windy and wet pitch, however both teams battled through, but Southall got the better hand with another strike from Ravinder Lakhan in the 1st half. The 2nd half produce a more dominant display by Southall with substitute Reggie Bhanot scoring within 10 min of coming on. The final goal was a well taken shot from stand in skipper Harpal Sra, who took over the arm band from injured skipper Satvir Kloay. With Southall Sunday good run in form they will be biting and the bit to get hold of  high flying Drayton Wanderers next week and try to revenge the 2-0 score line from earlier in the season

After their excellent victory against Bedfont Sports Southall went down 4-1 away to Sport London e Benfica. On a hard but otherwise excellent pitch at Hanwell Town FC the home side quickly took the upper hand and scorned several chances before taking the lead. Southall hit back quickly with an excellent finish from Tesfa Lowe and the score remained at 1-1 until half time.
The second half saw some good play from both sides before the home side took the lead halfway through the half. Southall had chances and half chances to force a second equaliser but it was the home side who added two more goals late in the match to give them a deserved victory but by a flattering scoreline.

Raj Flora has contributed this report of the latest match for the Southall Sunday side.
Southall Sunday bounced back from last weeks defeat to take a glorious 4-2 home him against South Ealing. On mark for the day was Ravinder Lakhan (20 and Dalveer Virdee (2). However each player could have had a bag full of goals if it wasn’t to the poor condition of the home pitch. That was Southall Sunday last home game of the season, and with 3 away games left they hope the supporter of Southall can try and turn up to one of the last remaining games.

February 3rd
In their first match since December 16th Southall produced a good performance to crush Bedfont Sports 4-0 and progress into the Second Round of the Alec Smith Cup.
