October 26th
Two headed goals put Southall on the way to a deserved 2-1 victory over league leaders Ash United. Steve Macenzie headed home in the first half whilst Donal O'Sullivan added another after the interval. A late goal from the visitors did not detract from a good performance.
Southall Reserves lost 7-0 away to Hounslow Wanderers.


October 20th

Admission  prices for the Second Round Premier Challenge Cup match away to AFC Wimbledon on Saturday November 16th are as follows :

Standing - Adults £6, Concessions £3, Under-16s £2
Seated - Adults £8, Concessions £4, Under-16s £3

The match away to Sandhurst Town which was rescheduled for Tuesday November 26th has again been postponed. Sandhurst Town have a Berks and Bucks Senior Trophy Second Round fixture at home to Beaconsfield SYCOB that night. The match will now be played on Tuesday December 10th.

October 19th
Southall squandered a two goal lead when they drew 2-2 with Westfield. A brace of headed goals by Mo Kadi from crosses by Jerry Moses had given the home team a comfortable lead but not for the first time this season valuable points were unnecessarily lost.

October 18th
The Chessington United and Reading Town match reports are now on the web site.

October 14th
Southall will now entertain Westfield on Saturday October 19th in a Seagrave Haulage League fixture. This match has been brought forward from March 8th 2003.

October 12th
Southall had a comfortable 2-0 victory against Reading Town in Round One of the Premier Division Challenge Cup. Mo Kadi put Southall ahead midway through the first half and a goal from Donal O'Sullivan ten minutes into the second half completed the scoring.
Southall will now visit AFC Wimbledon in the next round following the 'New Dons' victory over Walton Casuals.


October 8th
Southall returned to winning ways with a 3-0 home victory over Chessington United. First half goals from Alpha Bangura and Chris Barrett gave Southall a 2-0 lead at half time and Andre Robinson completed the scoring with a goal in the final minute of the game.

October 7th
Former Sports Minister Tony Banks is pictured talking to players and officials of Southall Football Club during his visit to the Dominion Centre in Southall.



October 5th
Southall produced a disappointing performance when they lost 2-1 at home to Merstham.

October 2nd

October 1st
Southall drew 3-3 away to Chessington & Hook United. A first half goal by Steve Macenzie gave Southall a 1-0 lead at half time. An own goal early in the second half doubled the Southall lead. The home team quickly pulled one back before a Shane O'Sullivan penalty restored Southall's two goal advantage. Chessington & Hook hit back in the last ten minutes of the game with two goals within a minute to level the scores.
